The crime statistics and data shown in this application are sourced from data.politie.nl. We are an independent organization and represent The Fallers Games. We are not related to, affiliated with, or endorsed by official police authorities ("politie instanties") or other government bodies to any extent.

A. Personal Data
- Identity Data: First name, Last name.
- Contact Data: Email address.
- Authentication Data: Password (encrypted), Google ID.
B. Usage and Derivative Data
- Search History: Search terms and map locations.
- Log Data: IP address, device info, browser type.
C. User-Generated Content
- Annotations (Meldingen): Locations, descriptions, incident types.
- Votes: Interactions with other annotations.
- Note: While we store the link between your account and your annotations internally for moderation purposes, this link is never shown publicly.

4. Sharing Your Information

- Publicly Visible Content (Anonymous): Annotations you create are visible to other users on the map. However, your identity (name/profile) is never displayed to other users. Other users will only see the report content (e.g., location, description).
- Developer Access: The development and moderation team maintains the ability to identify the creator of an annotation. This is strictly used for moderation, safety, removal of inappropriate content, and preventing abuse of the platform.
- Legal Obligations: Compliance with laws or court orders.
